“ Our favourite restaurant over the years, never disappointed. Reopened recently in February after a brief closure, still same menu, same quality food and service. The restaurant is spacious, elegantly furnished, it serves quality northern style Chinese cuisine compared to the equally excellent sister restaurant next door The Square, serving Cantonese style. At weekends it also offers a larger dimsum menu, the crispy prawns rice noodle roll (chueng fun) is one of the best in Hong Kong. It is tucked away above the foyer of Exchange Square, a quiet retreat for leisure dining in the bustling Central. Highly recommended. ”
